Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly with large sales platforms, and will possess strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably with experience working with large sales platforms.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
